A Ro-fab house constructed around 25 years ago. Client got in contact with us and requested a quotation for carrying out external insulation to their home. they found it very cold and were spending large amounts on heating oil yearly. This method of insulation was the best and only real solution for this type of dwelling as they are constructed from solid concrete panels and have no cavities present. we fitted 100mm of external insulation and polystyrene replacement window cills. there was adequate overhangs all around so there was no issues with cover. As a result of using this method of insulation the client stands to see savings on there heating bills of up to 50% per year if not more. That is why this method is not only a highly effective method of insulating your home, but it is also a highly effective way of cutting your heating bills.
