This is another great example of a 3 bedroom cottage. The external Insulation creates a nice smooth structured wall. It makes an old building look like new. It transformed the apperance of the property, whilst also improving the heat of the property. This cottage was loosing heat through the wall structure it was a mass concrete house with no over hang under gutters. We used our own specially designed flashing to seal the top of the board and leave a neat attractive finish. The client was extremly happy with the end result.
