Solid stone built house with newer built extension to the rear. Walls were solid concrete so the only real viable way of insulating the house efficently was with Eco smart external insulation. House was fitted with 4 inches (100mm) of Graphite enhanced polystyrene insulation. The boards are fixed with adhesive and mechanical fixings, basecoated, meshed and render finished. The colour of the final render was chosen by the client. The client was very happy with the outcome.
