This Project was a New Build, it was a large two storey dwelling house. The walls were built using solid block on the flat. to this we fixed 200mm of External Insulation, plaster base coats, reinforceing mesh, and final acrylic render finish (painted) the colour of the final render was chooen by the client prior to finishing. The windows were fitted before we insulated the property, they were fitted proud of the block work, and our Insulation board sealed in the frame all around the window. This process eliminates any draughts around the window frame and makes it air tight.
